The counterparties to this agreement are the white-collar unions Ledarna, Unionen, Sveriges Ingenjörer and Naturvetarna. In addition, IKEM – the Swedish Industrial and Chemical Employers Association is bound by a collective bargaining agreement for white collar employees. The blue-collar trade union Industrifacket Metall is counterparty in these nine agreements.
IKEM – the Swedish Industrial and Chemical Employers Association is bound by ten collective bargaining agreements.
